The client is really happy with this site. The only thing he's upset about is not coming to me with this project from the beginning:

Of course, please don't fill in the forms and send them off to him unless you are in the area and really want to rent from him!
Known issue: the "living in humboldt style" is out of place in IE/Mac, but exactly where I want it in other browsers. Any suggestions on that would be appreciated (of course, the suggestion of IE/Mac be damned is what I'm using now since the other parts of the site render fine there).
You should see the administration of this; it's quite cool (based on Open-Realty, though I've done quite a bit of tweaking).
