Dynamic Select Boxes - Client Side

Hi,

I would like 2 select boxes, with the 2nd being populated depending on what was selected in the first box.

I have looked at examples like - http://www.codepedia.com/2/FAQ-JavaScript-Create-Dynamic-Select-Boxes

However, I would like to be able to click on a submit button which will take me to a URL depending on the selection of the 2nd select box.

Is this possible client side?
