I realize this has been discussed a lot as I already searched the forums. However, I have not been able to find what I want yet.

I need a rather small and easy to manage shopping cart script. It doesn't have to have categories, just the options to add as many products as I like. I would prefer using a MySQL database and it should store customer information and past orders. It would be nice if it would handle inventory, although this isn't required. It should email me orders as well as work with PayPal (preferred).

I do not like OSCommerce and CubeCart, so please do not suggest those. I have tried several off of Hotscripts but so far have found nothing I like. Well there is one, but it's rather insecure and would require LOTS of modification on my part. I do not have the time right now to code my own, that's why I'm looking for something already made.

What does everyone recommend? What do you use for your sites?

Thanks!

I don't really have an answer to your question, but would like to suggest that you make sure you find out what your webhost has to offer before you look elsewhere.

I had a friend who struggled with this until I visited his own webhost's site and realized that they had the whole package in place for him to use with no installation cost ... all he pays for is the merchant account fees and transactions.

... make sure you check your host first ...

They just offer what's in Fantastico which is CubeCart and OSCommerce.
Tried them and didn't like them.
