Depends what forum you use but http://invisionboard.com is good, as is http://phpbb.com

Bravnet (http://www.bravenet.com)

offers polls, i never used their forum, nor am i sure if they have it or not. Along with that, they offer a lot more services, and its easy to "install". Heck, its not even programming with these guys, so its worth a look.
