Welcome to the forums!

I like the logo, but I don't think it is being used very well. The site seems to have been put together by lots of different people with different tastes. Nothing quite seems to go with anything else. the right-aligned text is annoying and hard to read. You could use CSS for this layout, instead of lots of tables. The main element you should keep is the logo, but I think you would probably keep that anyway :p .
