Help me about TDC function and object

Hi everybody,i'm a newbie and i want to learn more about function and object of TDC to build my own database for my Quiz page.
I wonder how to randomize question and answer in the Quiz page using TDC.I don't know much about function,is there any function or object can be used to read specify line in .csv ?

Can't say I know what TDC is, but it sure ain't DOM. Moving to server side, since databases are their domain.

it's short for Tabular Data Control. It's an ActiveX object for IE to allow mini-DBs in the browser.
