I have a website that I have been trying to build....I am an average PS user but lack the artistic side....


I was wondering if someone can help me make one?

You really need to be more specific then that to solicit any useful responses.
If there are certain areas with which you need help, describe them; if you need design suggestions, show what you've come up with sofar; provide more details about your level of expertise, skills, and lack thereof.
If you expect someone to design and build a complete site for you for free, don't hold your breath for any takers... :rolleyes:

May i ask if this torrent site is for use of free games and appz otherwise i doubt people are going to aid you in creating a site used to obtain illegal software

What do you mean by appz? Just shareware applications, or warez? If you're talking warez you won't get help here.
