ok first off:
http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A//www.geocities.com/mdemon9991/
You've got 54 html errors that should be easy enough to fix.
doesn't have a lot of design value
I don't really see right off what this site is for
The background is bringing the site down i think...you've got fine fonts and all just the tiling of the background isn't working
That looks like you could have made the background in photoshop...if you've got it why not make some other cool stuff?
Not a bad first stab...all i can see is its all learning from here...the more practice you get the better your sites will look...
Just trying to help out, don't take any of the stuff i said personally
good luck

Just carry on coming up with designs in my opinion. You need to read some articles on the logisitics of web-design as that's always a good start, this'll teach you about consistency in relation to efficiency. There's much more to learn from here but it's all pretty straight forward.

I think the first thing you need to do is get a proper layout. At the moment it's just a lot of information crammed onto a page - there is no structure to the information. Also, that custom cursor is damn annoying, even if it does only show up in IE.

There seems to be a lot of sites that come up for review in this section that just leave me scratching my head and wondering WTF exactly are the meant to be about.
First off; you need to decide what your site is about.
Then with this in mind; design the visual elements to act as psychological cues to re-inforce your sites topic(s).
People want to know what your site is about in a single glance, they don't wanna fanny about looking for clues (well I never do anyway)
Other than that, good on you for making a start (always the hardest bit IMHO) and  for requesting a peer review: The best way to learn :)
I kinda like the green 'code' font against the black, seen it lots of times before, but it sort of takes me back to my mis-spent youth :D

Maybe its just me, but I'm seeing an iframe on the left hand side down the bottom (using firefox). Is that suppose to be there ? Kinda sticks out a bit and really made me wonder why it was placed there. I'm no desinger, but I know some sense of "balance" is the most pleasing to a user. Equal spacing and what not. Also, you might wanna add a title tag to your site, as well as a meta description for search engines :)
