Well, after figuring out what my problem was with my quote box, I have finalized one design of my site (yey). So, let me know what you think of it.
Also, if anyone has any pointers on the second design (the 'Fake Greenbomber') let me know too.

Visually: I really don't like it...
The source shows promise though. Aside from your using <br /> for all the wrong reasons, and not using <h*> tags and lists where they'd be well suited, it's pretty good.
By the way, it doesn't work on resolutions lower than 1152x864 it seems. People still use 800x600 ;)
Edit: And it looks very different in IE...

Ok, I'll work on the 800x600, and the lists, and such first. And for IE, that'll come last. IE can stuff it.

the layout doesn't do anything at all for me, but the coding looks promising from the client end, if you wrote it yourself

IE can stuff it.
I used IE6, and IE6 is plenty up to the task of handling CSS layouts ;) Read over the bugs/fixes on www.positioniseverything.net and you'll be good to go.

I reckon the way it looks in IE6 is the way it is supposed to look? It looks a dog in Firefox and Opera.

No, IE renders it wrong. I'm thinking I put in a percentage for the tagboard style rules, and IE messed that up.

Yeah that shade of green is just annoying to me and makes me not wanna read your content. Perhaps a different shade to achieve a better contrast ratio between your text colors and background colors. Just a thought.
