Ok I run a NAscar Racing 2002 LEague and I need a form users can fill out and request to be in my league, I need it so that they can send the info to my email addy.
The other thing I need is an uploader, where they can attach their car files and send them to the server, any websites that you guys can direct me to would be great, I would appreciate it.
