Hey. I'm Daniel. I have a coding forum and I supply people with ProBoards, SuddenLaunch, Conforums and Hyperboards with codes. Tell me what you think! http://codehut.proboards38.com
Thanks

Quite honestly, no word of exaggeration: I cannot read the forum titles. Looks like you used AuxDotBit (that wee micro font) for them, but then decided it'd be wise to give them a stroke/outline?! And with a colour that barely contrasts the font itself... So you end up with a tiny clump of colour that is impossible for me to read at 1600x1200 on my 19" CRT, super contrasty monitor. That's a problem. Try a font like Arial, or remove that stroke. That font is often misused.
I'm not a huge fan of the header image either, though I can't remember ever liking anything using the bevel filter, so that's my own peeve. The drop shadow gives the actual title emphasis, but I'd scrap that and try adding another colour. It's very monochromatic.
Edit: Where're my manners... Welcome to the boards :)

Why? The header seems very amateurish, there is too much going on, and the embossed effect on text doesn't work very alongside a grid effect.
On 1600 x 1200, nevermind 1900 x 1200, I can't even read the text, fonts are just way too small.
The google adverts seem to appear in random colours, not a good thing. I've had one in orange, and another in voilet. Makes it look really untidy.
And another thing, "Ad-Free is Currently Unavailable. Details Here." shows up on the bottom of the page. I don't think that is meant to be there.

One thing...... its a very "picky" thing I know, but designers are always telling me to always have everything aligned. Your Ads by Google banner is wider than the rest of your tables. I know its not the easiest thing to chage/edit, but it just looks out of place. Not to mention, that brownish color for the banner doesn't really go with the rest of the sites design/colors. Overall, very nice looking site though. Good job! :D

If there's any way to stop the google ads from changing colors each time, you'd be smart to do it. The color of those ads affect the feel of your whole site.
I echo Aaron's sentiments about the titles. I know my eyes aren't as good as they once were, but I've got fairly good eyesight and I struggle to read what those titles are.
I don't like the big buttons on the left. I hate that so many boards have something there that serves no purpose. Make it meaningful if it's there.
I use IE a lot, even though I do consider myself a Web developer and I should use something "better" and more "compliant." My point, though, is: leave my scrollbars alone. I don't want them to change colors from site to site.
Good start. It's all modification from here and that ain't a bad place to be. And welcome to the forums!
