Doesn't Opera have builtin support for the WAP protocol and WML?

Companies like Nokia provide their own emulators too, to be on the safe side you could download them, they're free.

Search for DotWAP, also dreamweaver has a Nokia WAP extention...

You can go to waptop.net and get waptor. Its a free software where you can code in and view what it looks like within the software and makes your codes a lot more viewable. Its similar to html-kit in that respect, but for WAP.
