It's been awhile since I worked on the web so I can't find what I am looking for. I once had a script that allowed the url in the address bar to remain the same no matter what page the person would go to. Any help in finding another one would be greatly appreciated.

Personally I don't recommend doing what you are asking. Very few professional websites do it, it's not standard, and visitors have a hard time bookmarking any particular page on your site.
But if you still insist on it, it's very simple to do. Just frame your whole site within a frame on the index page. First, rename your index page to something else, then create a new index page that frames that page. You can see how to create a frame with the tutorial starting on page: http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/frames/frames_famsupp_5.html .
Just remember, you will have just one frame, and that frame will have 100% for the rows and columns setting and 0 for the frameborder, framespacing, and border setting.

What's the point? If people have text-only browsers (or ones that don't support frames) you've just made your site inaccessible to them. And like simonf said, it makes it harder to bookmark your pages and looks unprofesional.
