Perl Development Recommendation

Hello,

I need to have a custom Perl script developed and I'm looking for sites that review companies that develop them.

Are their any resources/sites out there that review them?

Know of any companies that you have had success with?

what do you want your perl script to do?

I'd like it to do the following.

-Parse data from a form

-Append the data to a flat file

-Return a page based upon a primary and secondary match. The primary match will be a zip code. The secondary will be data sent via a radio button.

-If a match occurs the data still gets appended and they are to be sent to HTML document at another location with the appropriate message.

-It must be secure.

That's pretty much it.

i do not know of any reviews of companies that develop Perl scripts. Perl scripting isn't really a profession. I think you will have to conduct your own reviews. ask for references.
