Right when i thought i had it all right i get kicked in the arse. Now here is what i did. Check out the site again:

http://members.lycos.co.uk/mcfatter/Home.html

Now the iFrame i labled it as main. K now let me take this slow cause i learned all this today. hmm hard to explain. Now i heard from a bird that you can load faster if i just leave the page as it is and make it that when i click a link it just refreshed the iframe. I heard that this is called target. So i made an html for each of my links. For example here is for the link forums:

http://members.lycos.co.uk/mcfatter/Forums.HTML

Now when i am image mapping it says to give you the url then the target. Now where did i mess up? For the url i wrote this:
http://members.lycos.co.uk/mcfatter/Forums.HTML
And for the target i wrote this:
main

ANd it doesnt work it just takes me to the forum link. Now where did i mess up cause i know i messed up big time. Thanks for bein patient with me!

do you by any chance know any server side languages such as asp or php? From what I know from talking to you before you don't but I figured I'd ask. Other than trial and error and other people's suggestions I don't know what to tell you. I'm too busy to be able to really pick everything apart and figure it out.

I included an example for ya... open test1.html and the iframe within it is test2.html. Click on the link for test3 and the content of the iframe is now test3.html
