Submit button - send form to email addy

Hi, i've got a page "Ask us a Question". 3 fields - name, email and comments, two buttons - Submit and Clear.

I've done a bit of searching and cant find the Javascript code. ideally what i want is that when the user clicks the Submit button it sends the information to my email address...

cam somebody please help me or point me in the right direction?
