Not sure about the lines but to give the iframe a background image, you just put <body background="whatever.jpg"> in the page your iframe is linked to (on the page you've shown it would be content.html)

Maybe the lines are due to cellspacing? I know you've got it there, but thats the only thing I can think of right now, sorry :)

Good luck

Hey, nice look so far... did you check out my last post to your previous thread? I had a sample page done at my site, but it seems you have things down. However, I set it up so that you have colour scrollbars as well (CODES). I made the IFrame alittle smaller then you, but that's easily fixed. Also, the page consists of ONE big table with three smaller ones inside - left, middle, right-. The codes are all ready for you if you want to take a look. Also, the White lines you see are more then likely caused while you were cutting up your image. It happens. The one I did was done quickly and due to my own quickness, there IS one white line, the rest is seamless ;)

Here's the URL again if you like:

The white line is easily fixed :D, just got to cut carefully :P and as for the inside of your MAIN window, easily fixed as well like I mentioned, I was just messing around with the design. And, just FYI, the little box in the top left, is now in it's own cell, you can have fun then.. just take a look see if you wish.

Ciao

Try the same code I posted above AFTER </body></html> There is a Jscript code there that kicks off the Ad :D
It looks like this:
</noscript><script type="text/javascript" src="http://ads.tripod.lycos.co.uk/ad/ad.php?cat=noref&mkw=&CC=uk&ord=3d66937a&adpref="></script>

Lol thanks anyway code warrior. We are moving to another domain and buying our webspace in the next couple of weeks so its no big deal. I am currently linking everything up. After that im done for today. Im so tired. Tommorow i have another challenge. Forums! Im goin to use phpbb because to me i think it looks the best. The only problem is it takes a good while to set it up. Also i have about 150 kids in my school. Making them all sign up with a pacific username and stating rulesd not to cuss or anything will be challanging but im ready. Well if you guys have any better ideas for a forum board like a better one please post. Thanks again!

Good evening, codewarrior and other members,

HTML&CSS Section isn't a place (as CodingForums neither) for providing harmful information on killing other companies business.

The reason why pop-up advertisement exist, is because these hosts (like GeoCities) are offering webspace for free. Thus, every designer should obey the terms of agreement they've "signed" when they've chosen a host.

If one considers pop-up ads on his/her site frustrating, he/she has no other option than start paying for hosting. This is the only legal way for killing advertisement.

I hope this reply is taken seriously. Though it's not a serious crime to advise others on issues like these, I personally don't want to see them in this forum. I think our administrator, George, fully agrees with this.

Because the actual topic was about IFRAME element, I won't be closing this thread.
