<Form> Javascript for "same" user entry?

Hello all...
I am wondering how I can use a simple radio button (in an ASP form) to allow a user to click that radio button and then have "same" fields reproduced in realtime.

That is, the user enters say name, address and postal code as the buyer then later must then enter name, address and postal code for a ship-to area.

How can I use javascript to populate the new fields with data from the old ones, but do it soon as the radio button is clicked?

A search of these forums should return numerous examples of how this can be done... But if you desire specific help, at the very least you will need to provide a link to your document which contains the form....

I don't know "what" to label my query as, to find the data I need....

"<form>" returned hundreds, all close to what I'm looking for but not on point.

"creating a SAME button" also got me nothing usable as did "modify a textbox" nor "populate using same user text.."

can you point me here?
