Drop down menu & Save as....

I am looking to force a user to Save a file as instead of a jump to method from within a pull down box. I think I need to change my trigger <select name="select" onChange="MM_jumpMenu('parent',this,1)"> to point to a new function that I creat with keyboard emulation. Does this sound right? I am researching this process and am coming up short on good documentation.

I am trying to make this cross browser compatible as well...

Can I see your code to see what you mean?! Sorry, but I've always been suffering from poor comprehension and I couldn't exactly get what you meant, even though it's solved by you yourself now! But it might be a new thing for me to learn!
