The most often cause of script conflicts is multiple window.onload events and you can only have one onload event handler....

I only looked within one of the external javascript files (when posting examples you should really place all of the external scripts on the page so that someone whom is trying to help you does not need to chase all of these files down themselves which takes away from the time they may be willing to spend debugging your problem)....

http://www.intensedevelopment.net/AutoSanctuary/HTML/Menu/Test_scr.js (http://www.intensedevelopment.net/AutoSanctuary/HTML/Menu/Test_scr.js)

And this external file contained numerous other external files being written to the document depending upon the browser...

if(Opera&&!Opera7)document.write("<"+"script language='JavaScript1.2' src='Menu/menu_opera.js'><"+"/"+"script>")
else if(NS4)document.write("<"+"script language='JavaScript1.2' src='Menu/menu_ns4.js'><"+"/"+"script>")
else if(document.getElementById)document.write("<"+"script language='JavaScript1.2' src='Menu/menu_dom.js'><"+"/"+"script>")
else document.write("<"+"script language='JavaScript1.2' src='Menu/menu_ie4.js'><"+"/"+"script>")

Sorry, but I am not inclined to open and look thru all of these files (at least 6 that I know of)... so I can only suggest that you look thru them yourself and check for multiple onload events and/or duplicated global variable names...
