Newbie needs help with calculator script!

Can someone tell me how to remove the 2 boxes in the middle of the calculator on this page http://www.webworkchicago.com/Equityfast/calculator4.htm without giving me script errors? Thank Yoooouuu!!!!

I got rid of the 2 boxes and it works, but there's probably still leftover script related to these items that I haven't taken out. It's not bad just waste of space.
