Experienced HTML writer seeks crash course in Frontpage

if I said - don't ask why? would you believe me?

A new client (web design & hosting) uses Frontpage for her design.

She goes to her website and then clicks EDIT and puts in her user name and password.

She has no clue where its hosted at or how to download all her files for backup and transfer.

I've never used frontpage and am sort of lost.

Any insight would be appreciated

Evil -- I can't give you any help, but I can say that DreamWeaver's Contribute is much better, and much easier to work worth. Only 150 bucks, and you can control what she can and can't work with, and keep the client on your coding requirements.
