I'm trying to get my confirmation page into the <div></div> Sorry for sounding thick but I cant think how else to explain it. Here is my code so far.

Apart from some ghastly coding practices, I can't seem to figure what exactly your question is.

It seems as if you wish to wrap a div around that whole horrible nested table/form/font mess; you could start by closing the div with an appropriate </div> tag. Due to sloppy formatting it's practically impossible to figure out, but it looks like you haven't properly closed the table you're starting with either, since the </form> end tag is the last thing I see in there.

Lastly, what baffles me is why you've given the div an "display: inline" when all it contains are nested block elements.

Begin with cleaning up your code, and try to formulate your question somewhat more clearly; describe what you want to achieve, not how you can make the implementation you have in your mind work - because there may be better ways to solve the problem.
