Conditional quantity columns in the table.

Hi, I'm javascript beginner and I need some help.

I have to build HTML page with 2 radio buttons and table:
1. Full Table (4 columns) and
2. Partial Table (2 columns only).

Another words: how my user can change quantity columns in the table?

How I can make it?
