Web Designs for free

I am willing to create a number of web sites for free as i am trying to build up a portfolio and improve my skills as a web master. At the moment i specialise in flash, and the basics of java scripting. Though i am prepared to spend alot of time learning if it will benefit the sites demands. I have a site already running http://www.tab-archive.com but it could do with a redesign.. you would only need to do a couple of pages.. the main / index2 page and then a list page and forum skin (forum skin only if you can) so thats only 2 templates pages....
