A smaller image transferes to a larger image

I was wondering where I am going wrong, I have a website that is at www.cypresspointonrayburn.com/index.txt and in this website I have it choosing images randomly, but when someone clicks on this image I was wondering how would I tell it what image to put in the url and goto the next page the code for that second page is
www.cypresspointonrayburn.com/images.txt

the database is arraged in the following order if that helps
id and images are the field names
1 name =1
2 name =2

but I don't know where I am going wrong, but all of the php and html code is in the two pages that I mentioned above...

I'm not sure how clear the above was.

If im understanding, you want when the image is clicked for the URL to go to a new file? but the images are random.. I'm assuming the URL differs with every random image. In which case just put a var that is the URL difference in the DB with the image then when the random image is displayed the code also dymanically creates a <a href> inside with is the URL containing the difference from the DB.

That clear? I didn't understand what you are trying to do totally but I think that's it.
