Will someone guide and advise me to findout any free software/compiler to create flipingeBook(other than FlipAlbum/publisher etc)

I'm not sure, but I found on Google that Ulead's Photo Explorer is meant to be a good alternative to FlipAlbum. I don't know if this is free or not...
