div and layers.. what browsers are they compatable on

I am having a problem... I want to view my site on older browsers.. for example, ie 4 and netscape 4 but all I have is ie 6, does anyone know what browsers div and layers are compatable on.. or can I DOWNLOAD OLDER BROWSERS somewhere ????

Netscape 4 is the only browser that supports the LAYERS tag. The rest support the DIV tag.

You can download older browsers by going to CNet.com and searching for them.
