mailto with cc?

I scoured the forums for a mailto thread that also included this factor of sending a copy but did not find it...

I need a simple mailto form (it is for an intranet) that will also populate the cc box with another email address...

This is an intranetish type situation so am not that concerned about being crawled by a spambot.

Welcome any suggestions.

mailto:username@domain.com?subject=subject&cc=ccusername@domain.com

or

mailto:username@domain.com?subject=subject&cc=ccusername@domain.com

I just had tried:

<A HREF="mailto:a1@blahblah.com?cc:a2@blahblah.com">email</a>

and it had worked - but did not know if this would work beyond my Outlook client.
