My webpage consists of 2 frames, top and bottom.
When I disable the status bar, I get a gap in between the frames, and the frames will only seam when I allow the status bar.
Is there anyway I can overcome this?

Also, I realize that the alignment of tables is different when viewed In IE and Firefox. In IE, my table appears to be slightly higher... Are any of you having this alignment problem as well?

The alignment of frames is all up to browser defaults, as you probably haven't said how big you want your margins to be.

Heres a link to the webpage. Click on Leave a Message.
Then try disable and able your status bar. You will see a shifting in between the frames. (I want to prevent the shifting to occur.)
Also, try viewing it in IE and Mozilla Firefox. The table alignment is not the same either.

Just discover a new problem. I was using a PNG background transparent image for my background. It looks fine in Firefox, but the image appears opaque in IE.
Can I ask what format should I use if i want to have a bg transparent image?

Thanks.
