Pay: Yes, but not for a while. We need to get site under way and get features programmed before we can show and ask for sponserships
Hours: Minimum of 14 hours a week
Experience: Atleast 1 year and you must be very advanced in the language

Not to mention you sound like you're 12 years old. Of course someone older would know better. What makes you think you'd gain sponsorship? What if you didn't?

I think you'll need to have a guarantee saying that the scripter will get money. It's alot of money the scripter could lose if the site doesn't take off, while you get a site for free
