using a script in an image map

Hi

Is it possible to add a script to an image map?
i have a scrolling script an i want to add it in an image
this is the script

You can add event handlers and such to the area tags of an imagemap if you are wishing to control whatever effect your script performs:

<area ....... onMouseover="jsfunction();" onMouseout="jsfunction();" onClick="jsfunction();">
