Cursor replacement

Hi everyone.

I don't have an idea how to do this.

I need to replace the cursor on my web page with my own
customized cursor.

I found some code to be added in an style sheet, but this only works for Internet Explorer 6+, and I am using IE5.5.

Can enyone help?

Only IE6 supports this I;m afraid. You could make a gif image that sticks to the cursor, but users would still see the normal cursor as well, unless you designed it in such a way that it looked okay

Yup. See this (http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/author/dhtml/reference/properties/cursor.asp) page for all the IE6 only cursor stuff.

If it's of any use, you can still use the various default windows cursors, like the hourglass, crosshair, resize image, etc....
