disabling refresh option

dear friends
1)What is the code of disabling the refresh option of the page by using javascript code.
2)how can I redirect to other page by using javascript and also after 20 second pause.
EXAMPLE WHEN WE MAKE NEW THREAD OR PUT A REPLY ON THIS SITE IT GOES TO A PAGE DISPLAY MESSAGE AND REDIECTED TO PREVIOUS ONE AUTOMATICALLY. I WANT THAT

I don't think so you can disable the "refresh" option..........but you can open the page in a new window and disable the toolbar.

To redirect to a page after a delay, use this code :

Even then .. there's always F5. You can't disable refresh.
