I've tested with IE6, Firefox, and Opera. So I'm interested in how things render in other browsers, and especially on Mac.

There are more pages to come, but this basically sets up the template.

There's a lot of content, but if you continue to the second page, you can see the template for sublevel pages.

Any suggestions, criticism, or feedback welcomed.

The site looks nice. My only complaint is the text on a green background. That is also how your menu is setup so there is no contrast. My PC is at a higher resolution and the content doesnt seem to begin until the bottom of the page. I am pretty sure this will be a problem for lower resolutions.

Running Win2K viewed in Firefox0.8, NS7.1, Opera7

The pages look virtually the same in all three browsers. Very nice work.

Safari and Firefox look the same on the mac -- Opera gets rid of the paler green part in the menu, but that doesn't seem to be a big deal -- it's because you're using the filter opacity for mozilla and IE.

Mac IE does not listen to your negative margin in the menu, so it puts it in the green... that actually doesn't look bad, though -- it spaces it properly on the left and looks clean -- if you didn't know any better by having a different browser, I'd think it was exactly what you were after. I wouldn't worry about heckling with it, Mac IE has issues with negative margins, and since it looks nice the way it shows up, it's just best to let it be.

The layout is clean and nice. I think the drop shadow is a little heavy for that card, but not bad. The white on green is a bit much in the green department, but that's nit picky. It's clean and fluid, so I think you should keep it as it is.

I'm not crazy about the color combo myself, but it was a case where the client wanted something immediately and I wasn't going to argue his color choice. I guess I'm okay with the menu contrast.

I know the header graphic takes a lot of real estate at 800 x 600, but I can live with it. The large image won't be repeated for sublevel pages, just the logo.

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. Its hard to be objective after staring at it for way too long. Simplicity was definitely a goal so I'm glad it came across that way.

Wasn't aware of this. Until I added an extra 50px negative margin for Firefox and Opera, they also displayed the menu as you describe.
