Program to edit .cab files

I was wondering if anyone new of any free programs or at least programs with a free trial that will let me edit cabinet (.cab) files. I know both Winzip and WinRar both can read them but they can't add files to them, which I need to do.

Well, you can use the cabarc.exe CLI tool that comes with visual studio, or you can use the Microsoft Cabinet SDK (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dncabsdk/html/cabdl.asp) from within C. Those are the tools I know of.
