Learn CGI

IS there something like the best way to learn CGI? If yes, tell me! IF not tell me why and give a good way to learn (good includes cheap :D )

well cgi isnt really a language..you`ll have to learn it with something prolly.....
go to hotscripts.com click on perl then tutorils it`ll have good stuff there about perl/cgi
