On load if I want to change the size of an window
If I will write window.resizeTO(x,y) it will change the size
In same manner what if I want to remove toolbar, menubar what should I do?

I would suggest you go over to the MSDN Library (http://msdn.microsoft.com/security/default.aspx?pull=/library/en-us/dnwxp/html/xpsp2web.asp) and read up on what changes were made with the release of SP2 to secure against window property exploits...

To be sure it's here. You can't alter the window to add or remove things that already exist in any browser window, that's not new with SP2 but even more capabilities that were previously present have been removed in SP2 and for users who have Firefox we can (and often do) prevent your script from even accomplishing the resize the window bit too.

In short you'd do better to figure out how you can do what you need to do within the browser window that the user enters your site using.
