wow that is not the most easiest task you have chosen to tackle.

It seems that you want the ability to display a calendar in which the starting and ending dates are dynamic? And then have the ability to display this is in a calendar format with each week numbered?

I am curious as to what you might be using this interface for. Trying to think if there is a workaround...

Wow, that is a really advanced task for a CF n00b, my friend. Most of the time I end up developing something like this from scratch. Since you are new to CF, I would not recommend this route unless you like to pull your hair out and scream... ;)

I did find something that I thought that I would share with you. It is a bit of CF code that you may be able to adapt and/or modify to suit your purposes:

This is a somewhat simple example of a calendar app. The demo link doesn't seem to work now, but the code did run on my CFMX server quite well with a little modification. HTH! :)

A buddy of mine created a calendar system with event scheduling in CF here at work. The guts of it are actually surprising simple, I think. They are not noob fare, but not something you couldn't wrap your head around in a little time.

I'm not going to just post that code, though. Look around for tutorials and just start to think very simply about what you will need to do, yeknow? You will obviously be making use of date functions, some math, accounting for leap years, etc.

Get started and pick up pieces as you need.
