Part time job offer for someone who knows PHP

Hey! I'm looking for a talented PHP developer for backend work on a social network site prototype. I'm basically looking for someone who is fluent with PHP4.x, XHTML, CSS, AdoDB or PEAR_db, Smarty, MySQL or PostgreSQL, RSS/XML, embedded media, experience with work-flow.

I also need for you to be able to have some meetings over ICQ/AIM/ or some other online messenger.

Compensation will match current market price based on experience and momentum of development; is negotiable. Qualified individual will enter a 1 week trial period with full compensation as an IC. Past the trial period contract extension and terms will be negotiated.

Some1 fluent with all those techniques must be really rare I assume.

This is how far I go :
PHP4.x - Fluent
XHTML - Moderate (usually too lazy to bother)
CSS - Fluent
AdoDB or PEAR_db - No exp.
Smarty - No exp.
MySQL - Very good knowledge .
RSS/XML - Pretty good knowledge.
embedded media - Sounds like HTML to me :)
experience with work-flow - Just a little.
