ASP email help

I have an ASP page that I want to put a link to open a new page and email the ASP page.
I coded this a long time ago and do not regularly write code any help would be appreciated.

you can get an idea of what I want to do.
I want to email the completed Time Sheet
I can get email to send using ASP but not the info I want.

Convert the time sheet to a form with text feilds and send the field values in the email.

A better solution would be to use a database and have them submit the information to it and then you can keep the hours in there.
