Is there any replacement? For example, if I have <body bgcolor="#000000" text="#FFFF00" link="#FFFF00" vlink="#FFFF00">, can I replace it with some Java or XML or some kind of code? Without saying 'body'? Or even in HTML? I know nothing about any codes except HTML, and still only limited knowledge of that, so please excuse my ignorance. My free hosting thing (tripod) puts ads in where it detects a <body> or </body> tag in the code, and I'd like to try and get rid of them...please help? Thanks!

forum rules ...

# 1.4) No illegal requests- Do not post requests that are illegal or break the usage terms of the service in question, such as where to download warez, disable pop up ads on your free host etc.

and the answer to your question is "no" though anyways. there are no replacements.

Yeah, the only thing is to get hosting -- I'd recommend ithium.net he can host your site for ten bucks a year, which isn't costly at all. You can pm or email him, he's one of our members, Krycek:

Or if you get more than 50 hits per month, there's http://57host.biz, free, and very good, I'm hosted there, and it is good.
