combo boxes ...

would anyone be able to help me with creating a combo box for my website ? First combo box would list all the provinces ( from the mysql db ) and upon making a choice a second combo box would be populated with cities ( also from mysql db ). I know it involves php and java script but since my js is minimal i need some help.

I can do that for you using background server polling so that the second set of data (cities) is retrieved "on demand" therefore saving bandwidth and loading time.
