IIS 5.1 not responding after SP2 installation!

I just updated my computer to Win XP sp2. Now when I launch a localhost website it just hangs there. When I click on the service manager and try to restart IIS it also hangs. When I uninstall SP2 everything works fine. Can someone help me.

With SP2 comes a document that details what you need to do. IIS is one item that MS has made not readily accessible by default, they have also provided instructions on how to make it accessible again in the readme file for the service pack.
