I know that you can basically take a screen snapshot of your screen, but does anyone know of an application where one can record activity, rather than still shots? For example, suppose i want to explan how to use PSP, and i basically need to capture how you go from one point to another without having to use individual pictures, and then throw in captions, or explanations. I am looking for something that can record what i am doing as i move the button, and start clicking on things.

Try a Google search with these three terms: screen capture recording
There's a lot to choose from.
i recently tried CamStudio for that
but the files were to big for my needs (online helpsection).

SnagIt is relatively inexpensive and does a great job.
