hi
We have an External mail server application called Pop-a-gift which will download and send all our extrnal SMTP mails to our mail service provider.
This application will interact with our exchange server to deliver mails in bothways. usually we will get a delivery acknowledgement mail for all the SMTP mails we send. Now from yesterday, what ever smtp mails we are sending, the delivery acknowledgement message is reaching our server but not getting delivered to the concerned receipent. We don't where its getting delivered. Its not neither staying in the system nor its not blocking in the exchange server itself.
We edited the from address manually of one particular delivery acknowledgement, its getting delivered if the from address id is not a
postmaster@domain.com
ie., if the from address is postmaster@domain.com, if we change it to anything@domain.com its getting delivered to the receipents. otherwise with the original spelling, its not.
i know its strange. what will be cause of it?
