Im confused by your use of link rev...
'rev' means reverse, or a link to a page which precedes the current one in the intended flow of the site.
Correct use would be things like:

<link rev="Previous" href="" /> - An article preceding the current one in a blog or similar
<link rev="Home" title="Return to Home page" href="/"> - A link to the home page from any page other than home

For the purpose of what you're using it for, I would recommend the following:

<link rel="Contact" href="/contact_us.html" >

Thanks. I decided to delete that line of code. That's not what I wanted.
