hi

Iam using outlook 2000 with exchange server in my corporate.
I have also configured Internet mail serverice(my yahoo mail)
in Microsoft outlook to receive my yahoo mail messages to my outlook.
i have created folder called YAHOO under my Personal folder Inbox.
Now i want to move all my yahoo incoming messages automatically to that Folder called TAHOO immediately as and when i receive it to my normal outlook inbox. how can i do this in outlook?
I tried with rules wizard, but its totally confusing.

Setting up a new rule is a breeze...

So - Select TOOLS then RULES WIZARD.

Select NEW

Select START FROM A BLANK RULE and then select CHECK MESSAGE WHEN THEY ARRIVE.

Press NEXT.

Now Select the box that says "THROUGH THE SPECIFIED ACCOUNT"
Then click on the underlined "specified" and select the account (I'm assuming it will be the Yahoo account)

Press NEXT.

Now select the box: "Move it to the specified folder"

Click the word "specified" and then select the folder.
Press NEXT then FINISH.

Hope that helps?

And you may want to check the "run this on your inbox?" checkbox to move all the messages in your inbox adhering to the rule to your specified folder.
