Im starting to write in perl but i dont how to test scripts, im just a newbie when it comes to cgi and perl.

I would say the best is installing apache. with apache you can run perl, php, mysql, and plenty other futures... but what OS are you working on? there is apache for manny OS, as windows, linux (mmm), mac os X has it install from factory...

ok thanks i will download (that on my 56k internet because we dont have faster internet available in my area)

If you just want to test Perl on the command line (and debug), try ActiveState Perl (http://www.activestate.com). I find that some bugs can only be solved by running your script on the command line in debug mode. :thumbsup:
