I want to see if anybody here is able to create several databases in mySQL and use PHP to create several (yes, that means more than one) unique log-in scripts for me. The money will not be paid right away, but the sooner you can get these DBs done for me and get the scripts and everything working, the more you will be given in a previously agreed-upon contract. This is potentially very lucrative for the lucky developer(s) who gets the shot. Just shoot me an email at email@example.com and let me know your interest. If I find someone who has the qualifacations and I can reach thru email almost throughout the day, I will go immediately with them.
Thanks a lot. I really need help here!

An anonymous yahoo contact address should raise red flags for anyone interested. Don't you have a domain and if so, could you please provide more precise contact information....
And I would hope anyone interested in writing you several databases and accompanying php scripts would ask for a deposit upon signing a contract with an additional payment due upon your review of each one on their developemental server and prior to releasing the codes with the remaining 20% due upon successful install and debug on your server....

The domain is realtfs.com but I am currently re-designing the site and I havent had time to set up a company email just yet.
No need for concern here. The contract will stipulate the money will be paid when funds are available, and I'd like to get started on it soon. I am very honest, dont hold it against me just cuz I have a yahoo email address. I have over 45 writers and editors on my staff and I need the databases for content management for subscriptions to different areas of the site.

LOL - do you realize how that sounds? With all due respect, that doesn't sound like a contract I would sign.
Lets give this request some benefit of the doubt, however. You can always email the poster for specific information, and ask all the questions you need to determine its merit.
No experienced programmer will take this on.
- your payment promisses are to vague an insecure. it can't be that hard to explain the paymentstructure here, but people with enough experience don't need this 'you might get payed or not' deals;
- if payment depends on the speed of development, then you should be able to supply us with a very detailed descripton of what you need, that wouldn't be changed during coding/after deliverance. So this means including testdesign and acceptancecriteria. I seriously doubt you already have such a detailed functional or technical design, and else you should also post it up here.
I find it absurd that we should email you to get this basic information we need to make up our minds. I you realy need help, then i don' see why you don't post enough info so we can decide if we want to become the experienced 'lucky programmers' that 'gets the shot' (please !!) to something 'potetialy very lucrative'.
There is nothing in your current post that appeals to me, and i'm not that different from most other coders.
Just trying to explain how you could sell your proposition to sceptical guys like me.
